Tip:Did you know that your basic house hold chores pose as a great way to exercise and burn calories? Studies show that on average you can burn between three hundred and four hundred calories by cleaning house for one hour! With the variety of movement involved, i.e.: dusting, washing windows, doing dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning those darn toilets, folding laundry, etc, you combine everyday must do work with aerobics, creating a very efficient and effective exercise! So, in short, keep in mind that the next time you are faced with cleaning house, be happy with the knowledge that you are burning calories; so in time, your hard work will show in more ways than one!

It's all good if I've never done it before. :) I'm a fun guy but hard to live with. I tend to the extreme. I enjoy new experiences and chase after them wherever I can find them. I write from time to time if anything interesting enough to write about happens to me :) Latley I do alot of running, cycling, and body building. I usually rent a half dozen movies each weekend and watch them throughout the week as I get board. That plus my tivo and my job keep me pretty entertained. I keep alot of wild friends around, the kind that cause no end of trouble and keep things from getting boaring (Makes it difficult to watch my movies). And of course, from time to time, my female friends talk me into reading their tarrot cards or doing some Astrology for them.

I work as Sr. Engineer for a little company here in town that sells my products. Primarily linux based firewalls and wireless communications gear.

Did a full upper and lower body workout today. I'm trying a new strategy where I work each muscle in my body completely to exhaustion to release as many hormones as possible... Then I wait a few days until my body completely recovers... and do it all over again.

My first upper body workout in my new home gym. I hope to get back on the bandwagon, maybe the convenience of a home gym will make all the difference.
