First things first. After you create your account (Did you miss that step? If so click here)
Login to the left by filling in the username and password box and clicking login.
You can also reach your profile at any time you're logged in by clicking "My Profile" in the upper left.
On the left under "Posting Menu" you'll see the many different things you can post and blog about on WorkItSmart.com. Each page contains complete instructions to help you through it.
Don't forget: WorkItSmart.com will work with as much or as little info as you provide so don't feel like you need to post information about things you're not interested in tracking!
- Edit Profile: Things about you. Shown on the main page. Describe who you are and what you're doing here.
- Post Activity: This is for posting workouts. Running, cycling, weightlifting, rowing, etc, etc. Track your progress and your intensity here.
- Post Pictures: Use this link to control your image gallery. Upload pictures of yourself to track your progress or just for fun!
- Post Meal: Counting calories? Let us keep track of them for you.
- Post Body Metrics: Track your weight, body fat, and hydration levels here.
