  Post Body Measurements 

The measurements on this page are primarily used to calculate your BMR/DCI and track your weight loss goals. Make sure you fill out your age, height, and gender on your profile page for accurate results!


  Body Metric Form 
Date The date and time of your measurement. Will default to the current date and time if left blank.
Weight How much you weighed in lbs.
Body Fat Percentage Your body fat percentage. Used to calculate BMR.
Body Water Percentage Your body water percentage. Provided by some body fat measuring devices. Not used for any calculations.
Waist Inches The diameter of your waist. Used to calculate bodyfat according to DOD standards if body fat is not provided above.
Neck Inches The diameter of your neck. Used to calculate bodyfat according to DOD standards if body fat is not provided above.
Hips Inches The diameter of your hips. Only used in females. Used to calculate bodyfat according to DOD standards if body fat is not provided above.
